Getting To Know Us!

Soup Club kicked off in the spring of 2025 when Andy Yavello (Justy) and Jeff Spurgess decided life needed more… soup. And honestly, we also figured if we had a Soup Club, we wouldn’t have to pack as many boring lunches every week. Win-win.

The idea was simple: get together, make homemade soups with real, healthy ingredients, and have some fun while doing it. What started as a way to share meals quickly turned into a tradition—one that mixes good food, healthier habits, and plenty of laughs.

At its core, Soup Club is about community, friendship, and proving that a bowl of soup can be way more than just lunch.
