Curry Up and Talk Soup: Kevin Edition

What should be the first thing you do after landing at a business conference, getting to the hotel restaurant, and ordering your lunch? Talk about Soup Club of course!

The goal was to have something Indian inspired, heavy on the curry. We arrived at chickpeas, homemade curry spice, freshly cut veggies, and a Greek yogurt/heavy cream topper with smoked paprika.

We spiced it up with homemade hot sauce, using fermented fresh peppers to give it the heat it needs.

8.3 score from the club is high honors.... two helpings from Conlan warmed the heart.
